Questions

How long does production take?

We make your piece to order in our shop and typically ship it within a few days. We'll email you a tracking number the moment it's on its way.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within a few days of ordering. Shipping is a flat $15 within Canada and $25 to the United States, added at checkout.

What is your refund policy?

Cancel any time before we start making your piece and we'll refund you in full — just email us. Once we begin production we can't cancel it, because it's made specifically for you and can't be resold.

If your keepsake arrives damaged, faulty, or noticeably different from the 3D preview you approved, we'll remake it or refund you in full. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send a photo — you won't need to ship it back for us to start.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights. Because each piece is personalised it's exempt from standard change-of-mind returns, but a mistake on our side is always ours to fix.

Can you use any book cover?

Yes — enter any ISBN and we'll pull the cover automatically, or upload your own cover art. By placing an order you confirm you have the right to use the cover you provide; pieces are made for personal keepsakes, not resale.
