Terms of Service
By placing an order with Keepsake Forge, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language on purpose.
Made to order
Every piece is made specifically for you from your artwork. The live 3D preview you see at checkout is the design we produce to — that's the point of the mockup. Because pieces are personalised, they are exempt from standard change-of-mind returns (see our Refund Policy).
Pre-orders
Orders placed before production begins are pre-orders. We email you a confirmed ship date before production starts. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before that point.
Your artwork & rights
- You confirm you have the right to use the artwork or cover you provide — that it's your own work, you own it, or you have permission to use it.
- Keepsakes are made for personal, non-resale use.
- You keep full ownership of your artwork; we use it only to produce your piece.
Pricing & payment
- Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.
- Shipping is a flat $15 CAD within Canada and $25 CAD to the US, added at checkout.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Our responsibility
- We produce your piece to match the approved 3D preview.
- If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or noticeably different from the preview, we remake it or refund you in full — see the Refund Policy.
- Because pieces are made to order, occasional production delays are possible; we'll always update you by email before any material delay.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Ontario or Canadian law.
