Keepsake Forge ("we") makes personalised keepsakes from artwork you provide. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it's protected. We keep this simple on purpose: we do not sell your data. Period.

What we collect

• Contact & delivery details — your name, email address, and shipping address, needed to deliver your order.
• Order details — product, size, finish, base, engraving text, quantity, and price.
• Your artwork — the cover art or images you upload or select, needed to make your piece.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic analytics — anonymous page-view and funnel statistics (which products are viewed and configured) to understand what customers want. No personal identifiers, no third-party ad tracking.

How we use it

• To produce and ship your order
• To email you order confirmations and ship-date updates
• To respond to your questions
• To improve the site (aggregate statistics only)

Where it's stored

Order records are stored on our own servers in Canada. Artwork uploads are stored on the same servers, only for as long as needed to produce your piece and then removed from public access.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We never send promotional email you didn't ask for.
• We never use your artwork for anything other than your piece.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email sales@keepsakeforge.com and we'll action it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and, where practical, notify order holders by email.
